China Tax News reports that the Digital Farmer platform built by the Qinzhou tax bureau in Guangxi is now operating in the local wood-processing industry, taking tax invoicing for agricultural transactions digital. Based on WeChat and connected to the Leqi joint-use platform co-built by the State Taxation Administration and ICBC, it links payment systems with tax systems so that invoices are issued automatically after a purchase is paid for, with ledgers generated at the same time. It has three portals: a mini-program for farmers to verify identity and report self-produced goods, a purchasing tool for companies to build procurement ledgers, and a tax portal showing transaction amounts, unit prices and invoice details to spot anomalies such as fake invoicing. Some 489 wood-processing firms have joined, with 981 orders, 937 invoices and over 12 million yuan in transaction value so far; the platform will expand to sugarcane, hogs and other local industries.
China Tax News reports that the chip-enabled ball core used at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico comes from Dingqi Sports Goods in Huaian, Jiangsu, allowing precise calls on offside, out-of-play and handball. The company has focused on smart ball cores since 2019, spending three years solving suspension-system stability and keeping total ball weight within FIFA limits; its core performs 500 motion recognitions per second and tracks players' limb movement in real time, reaching mass production in 2022 and winning World Cup supply orders. With exports above 60% of its business, World Cup supplier audits examine not only production lines but also records and credit standing.
