Putuo Tax Bureau Holds Government Open Month Event on Compliance Filing and Business Environment

To actively implement government-affairs disclosure requirements and continuously improve the tax business environment, on August 14 the Putuo District Tax Bureau held a special Government Open Month event themed 'Tax-Enterprise Cooperation for Better Service, Compliance Filing to Boost Business'. Visiting the hotline frontline, representatives entered the bureau's 12366 hotline consulting service center and toured the call-seat area and work-order supervision area, directly experiencing the professional management behind the 'Xinshuitong' brand's 'handle complaints upon receipt'. Officials explained the brand's construction and the full closed-loop process from call intake, order dispatch and departmental coordination to time-limited completion, and clarified handling standards and feedback deadlines for high-frequency requests. Experiencing the smart platform, they used the 'Xinshuitong' digital-intelligence service carrier to demonstrate core functions such as intelligent policy retrieval and online text Q&A, showing the whole process of coordinated AI answering and human seats, leading representatives to experience smart-tax 'integrated inquiry-and-handling', and collecting their suggestions for optimizing smart tax services. In a special seminar, officials presented the work-order handling results of 'Xinshuitong', reflected the overall situation of enterprise work orders with objective data, and helped enterprises face up to weak links. Combining common industry problems with individual enterprise realities, officials also provided targeted guidance on work-order handling, invoice management and filing operations to help enterprises standardize tax-related behavior at the source.
